Mrs. Linda Deloris Brown Hills, Louisville, departed this life Friday, Jan. 13, 2017 at Keysville Health and Rehabilitation, Keysville.
Mrs. Hills was a native of Jefferson County, the daughter of the late Lenton Brown and Mary Hill Brown. She was united in holy matrimony to Bobby Lee Hills. Linda joined the Mount Olive Baptist Church and an early age and was a 1971 graduate of Louisville High School. She later attended Savannah State College. She was employed at Cadet Manufacturing until 2001.
Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by four siblings, Gloria Logan, Deborah Brown, Jerry Brown and Jimmy Brown.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Hills, Louisville; her children, Demetrius Hills (Zonese), Lithonia, and Krishan Hills Mitchell (Marcus), Louisville; stepson, Anthony McCloud, Augusta; brother, Johnnie Franklin Brown, Sr. (Alveta), Wadley; grandchildren, Lenton E. Hill, Lithonia, Jorvas Nelson and Asia Reaves, Hephzibah, Antriana McCloud, Louisville; great grandchild, Keon McCloud, Gibson; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, James Logan and Dennis Washington, Augusta, Johnny Hill (Dorothy), Lawrence Hill, Sr (Brenda), Errico Hill all of Louisville, Gloria Ivery, Charleston, S.C., Larry Hill, Atlanta; great aunt, Anacora Norman (Albert); two God children, Kenneth Hill, Sr (Kathy) and Johnnie Brown, Jr; nieces, nephews including, Kimberly Washington, Charleston, S.C.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 21, at 2:30 p.m. at the Mt. Olive Baptist Church and Cemetery, Louisville.
From Thursday until Saturday the family may be contacted at the residence of her daughter and son-in-law 1238 Price Street, Louisville or at Davis Funeral Home.
