Mr. St John Warren, of 10403 Highway 305, Keysville, departed this life Monday, Feb. 27, 2017 at the Jefferson County Hospital, Louisville.
Mr. Warrens was a native of Burke County. He was born the son to the parentage of the late Floyd Dawson and Freddie Bell Warren, in Gough, Georgia. He was united in holy matrimony to Betty Jean Henry Warren on Aug. 14, 1971. He was devoted member Rock Creek Missionary Baptist Church, where he served as Chief of Usher’s Board, and later joined the Christian Family at Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, and was retired with the Augusta Door & Sash as a mill worker.
Survivors include his loving wife; Betty Henry Warren, Keysville, Georgia, two sons; Melvin Warren, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., siblings; Tony (Jolonda) Thomas, West Palm Beach, Fla., Gussie (Tony), Recie Mae (Thomas), Miami. Fla., and Freddie Mason, Miami, Fla., sister-in-law; Johnnie Mae Jackson, Keysville, brother-in-law; James (Cecila) Henry, Waynesboro, and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, March 4, at 11 a.m. at the Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, 1197 Ivory Place Road, Waynesboro, Georgia. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.
